Hi, my name is Lara and I choose this video of full body stretch + flexibility routine, because for begginers is very well and I think it can help them to have more flexibility and you can do it only in 10 minutes. It was based on 10 minutes of doing 10 moves, 45 seconds on each move and 15 second to shake out and get ready with the position of the next move. Also, I think this video is very useful to stretch the full body in the mornings or to do it when you want to keep or increase your flexibility.
