5 Min Full Body Warm Up

  1. I have chosen this warm-up because it is very short and only lasts five minutes.
    It's great because you don't need any material so you can do it at home.
    Anyone can do it, no matter if you are physically fit or not. You can use this warm-up for whatever physical activity you want because it is a general warm-up, and you can modify it to make it yours. It is quite complete because it ranges from neck rotations to leg exercises.
    It is also dynamic, this means that there is no rest between one exercise and another. By doing these exercises, you control your breathing and your heart rate.
