CARDIO ROUTINE / 30 MINUTES

The first thing to do is run slowly on the spot, the second thing to do is jump from right to left with your legs closed, and when you jump in the middle you have to spread your legs.

The third thing to do is jump on the limp with your legs slightly open, the fourth is to do a series of up and down.

The fifth exercise is to jump small from front to back.

Well and so many more exercises, with this exercise what is achieved is to lose weight by doing 30 minutes of cardio.
