Pro Footballer's Full Deep Stretch Routine

  1. I have chosen this video that consists of a professional footballer’s stretching routine because, as you may know, one of the aims of flexibility is to avoid muscular injuries. In my personal opinion, this should be the main objective of flexibility and stretching.

    In this video is explained a set of different stretching exercises for every muscle in a very precise way. Thus, he made the video interactive since we can do these exercises at the same time as him. The only inconvenient that I can detect from this video is the fact that is kind of long, nevertheless he is fun throughout all the video, so I can ensure you that it will be entertaining.

    I extremely recommend practicing these exercises in order to prevent any possible physical injuries from any accidents while practicing sport.
