  1. Hi David, I think this is a very interesting video for basketball beginners, since not everyone is an expert in this sport. This video teaches you to drive the ball in different ways, quickly or normally, in addition to passing the ball underfoot, which is something I don't know how to do. Then there's the pass, which you can pass in many ways such as bouncing, passing at chest height, and more passes. Finally there is the shot, which you can shoot in different ways, triple, normal, mate, etc... Anyway, a good video.

  2. I have chosen this video because I needed it so as not to be lost in the classes of the 2nd assessment, also becouse I have never played serious basketball and I only know how to shoot, in this video it explains very well how to dribble, shoot and pass and also gives you different variables on how to do each one of those basic skills. I have also taken it because in no time it explains how to do each exercise well. I hope that people like me who do not know how to play basketball well will help you improve and know how to master the 3 basic skills of basketball.

This video teaches you many things but one of them is to drive the ball in different ways, then it also teaches us to make passes that can happen in many ways, such as bouncing, passing at chest height and many more passes. I found the video interesting.

  5. Hi David, I think it is a good video for beginners in basketball, because it teaches you the most important thing about passing, shooting and dribbling, it is quite useful. He explains it very clearly and it is understood very well. It is without a doubt one of the best videos that I have seen for beginners, with a lot of variety of quite good exercises. I didn't have much of a basketball idea but when I did these exercises I improved a lot. I have loved how well it explains it and how clear it is when explaining it. very good video.

  6. It is a video in which the trainer explains three very important concepts, the types of elements within each concept and one or two exercises to demonstrate how to do them.

The first concept is dribbling in which there are five types, each of which is explained and performed.

The second concept is the pass which contains four types.

And finally we have the basket shot that contains five ways to get the point.

It seemed to me a video that contains some of the most important pillars and also, each one very well explained but I think it should have included some important movement when playing a game or for example, have explained a basketball rule.

  8. Hi David, this video has seemed very good for basketball, I do not play basketball or watch it but I find this interesting. In addition, it seems very easy to start in basketball. The video basically teaches you the basics in basketball, passing, throwing, haggling etc. I really liked how he taught the different steps helping with another person or with some cones. I've practiced some exercises in the video and I found it fun to do it, and I also thought it was very good to be improving in this sport that I do not do naturally but that little by little I approach.
