  2. I think it's a good post-workout routine, as this is how we stretch our muscles. Always after training it is good to cool down the muscle to avoid stiffness afterwards

  3. I liked the video a lot because stretching always comes in handy from doing some exercises and I think it is very varied because you do a lot of exercises stretching almost all parts of the body
