CR7 shows us it's 7-step workout routine.

  1. I chose this Cristiano Ronaldo training routine video because in addition to not being a bad workout routine, CR7 explains it very well. In this video, he explains his routine which is based on 7 steps, the first is about leg training. The second step is to do between 10 and 20 push-ups. The third is about some abdominal exercises. The fourth is the exercises for buttocks and legs. The fifth is to do squats with your hands crossed and glued to your chest.The sixth is similar to a plank exercise and the last is on the lower back.

  2. I think the routine is very good because it is very well explained and everybody can do it. A good thing about it is that the excercices are not dificult and if you are a begginer it is not going to be very hard. The fact that you can modify the routine to your own preferences is nice because everybody has there own way of doing exercices and some things can work for me but not for other people. I think it is a routine you can do every day to get stonger and you could see resoults with it very fast.
