  2. Hi, I have chosen this video because I think its very short but intense. The rutine only needs 1 thing and it's a chair (cost anything), is fluid and combine very good the time of work with rest. It's also very simple and doesn't have any difficult exercise, I missed a explanation of every exercise to know if i'm doing it in the correct way. I think that this rutine mixed with some ABS train and a bit of running could be a nice way to keep fit and gain strenght i all our bodies . Although we would need a good stretch for it to be effective.

  3. Hello, I´m Víctor and I think this is a good method to strengthen the body. He explains what to do, how to do push-ups of different types, which is as the video says and that help define the part of the chest. Compared to other videos that I have seen of practical chest exercises at home, this one gives me a very good initiative to practice it in my spare time. A blog that shows everything studied taking the theme of the trainings we have done. I recommend this educational video to all those people who want to develop chest and pectorals and who have to do with this. That's all bye!!!

  5. I think this video is good, because you only need a chair to do the exercises and it is fine if you want to have more strength in your arms and want to mark your chest more.
    It is also good for people who were doing sports in quarantine and for people who are confined, so that if they exercise they do not stop doing it and can do it at home.
    I like that I give you ten seconds of rest between exercises because the exercises are simple, but difficult to do and they can tire your arms a lot.
