ABS+FAT BURN // 10 min

  1. I chose this video because explain and introduce us a 10 min abs+fat burn without equipment that hopefully is very usful for us so we can practice it whenever we want.

    Also, this type of physical activity has been very used and effective for those who have used it during the quarantine.
    I think exercising at home for even an hour can help us improve our physical appearance, so I think it would be nice if we did that in some way.

    In addition, the coach explains each exercise in detail so that we can all do it correctly and if we have doubts when doing it, we can see her and take her as an example.

  2. I like this video because you train a lot of different thing in one video so its very good, other thing is that is only 10 minutes of video, it is not long so is perfect.

    Thanks to these videos in the quarantine we were able to do exercises, do sit-ups and burn fat, etc., we can improve our physique.
