15 Minutes Full Body HIIT Workout

  1. This is a video in which you can do HIT at home and lasts 15 minutes.
    I like this HIT video because I think it has very complete exercises, it regulates the intensity and quality of the exercises. It is suitable for all ages and if you cannot do some exercise there is a substitution that is softer and costs less. It is very useful for people who want to do sports but have a hard time, or who do not have much time to do sports for a long time. I also like this video because the video includes motivating music going with the rhythm.

  2. I find it a very interesting video because in 15 minutes you can do exercises with all parts of the body and in few videos you find that. I will try to do it at home because it seemed very complete and it has a variation of exercises
    The exercise that I like the most is the one in which he does the leg because it has several exercises in which I did in quarantine
    and they were quite effective but you had to be constant and do it every day or every other day and that's my opinion about this video.
