Hi Gabriel, I am Paula Caballero and I really liked your video, that’s why I have chosen it. The video is not too long and the exercises are very easy, similar to the ones we have done in class. I found it very interesting and useful if you want to improve your elasticity and do a flexibility routine. We all must practise some everyday. Thanks for your video Gabriel, I really enjoyed watching it, bye
Hello I am Gabriel Jiménez and I choosed this video beacouse it haves a very amply variety of muscles to train like the quadriceps, hamstrings. Also you can use this stretching method after and before a workout or even in the rest days. In the video is using at the most the training method of Propioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, in my personal opinion is my favourite to use in stretching. As we can see in the video he uses some of the exercises we did in P.E classes but he also add some more ones for each muscle so it makes the video very complete. I hope this video is helping you guys to strech :)
