  1. This video is about doing easy cardio at home or on the street. Is is divided into several series. The first series is running on site. Second exercise is to open and close the arms and legs at the same time. I like this type of video because you don't have to go anywhere to do it. It serves to lose weight and do different routines and achieve your goals in 30 minutes for a few days. It is not long-lasting and you don's have to go far to get where you want to go.
