The activities that appear in this video can be done whenever you want with a basket and a basketball. I would have liked to see in this video how was the defense and the tackles with attackers and defenders of the child.

Regarding the warm-up, it seems to me that the exercises that the child is doing are more training but I like them because they train the basic skills of basketball, which are passing, shooting and bouncing the ball. I think that the training is progressive (your pulse is increasing the pulsations) and that it does not take long breaks, which is a positive aspect, with it you train the heart and the breath.
