5 Tips to Improve Your Flexibility!

  1. Hello, my name is Alba and I am going to comment this video about how to improve our flexibility wich is a basic physical capacity taht allows you to move your joints to the maximum length.
    The video is about 2.18 minutes with a girl explaining some tips and some exercises, two of the tips that I have learnt here in this video are watch some video, music... some distractions while you are doing the exercise and use some material to be more effective. As we have studied at PE class the exercises that the girl was doing were difficult and required a lot of agility.

Hi, my name is Lara and I choose this video of my classmate Alba because I think that was very interesting how the girl of the video explain five tips to improve your flexibility in only two minutes. Also I like very much the point that she names all the things you need to do, starting with search a basic video of flexibility and to keep constant and do it every day to improve it, also to find a place to do it and been comfortable. And not only do one type of exercise, we need to alternate with other ones.

  3. Hi I'm Elsa and I'm going to comment on this video I have chosen this video because I like it a lot as in five steps it explains how to improve your flexibility.
    I like it very much also that it explains in two steps simply how to do to be flexible one of them I like a lot which is that you have to be distracted at that moment having a music video or something like that distracts you a little to make the exercises easier and also tells you that you have to be constant and that you can not do once a month and pretend that you will have the I also like the best flexibility in the world because how it explains and the way it has to perform the exercises.
