5 MIN WARM UP FOR AT HOME WORKOUTS

    I like this warm up and I think is very good to do it because you move all the joints of the body, with it, your heart rate accelerates and you control your breathing, you can do it at any age, and it seems to me that it is well done because it is progressive. I also like it because you can do it at home while listening to the motivating music of the video and between each exercise does not take long pauses.

  2. I have chosen to comment on this video because it is a quick warm-up that you can do anywhere without any material.
    It is a useful warm-up because in just five minutes of your time you can do a warm-up that prepares you for any physical activity you want to do because it is a general warm-up.
    The warm-up is very complete because it works all parts of your body, the neck, the arms, the upper part, the legs, the hips ... They are also exercises in which the knees are not forced because it is not necessary to jump. The coach explains each exercise in detail and it’s continuous, there is no pause between one exercise and another.

I have chosen this video to comment, because in quarantine when I was doing sports I watched the videos on this channel, the training seems very good and very often because the coach does not stop at each exercise I also think it is very good because you can do a training in 5 minutes (it seems like a very short time) and that you can do it anywhere without needing anything to do this warm-up (no material). It is a very good warm-up also because it is a general warm-up, it works all parts of the body, the boy explains the exercises very well step by step.
