After that brief explanation, she tell us that you should stay on a large soft surface so you can be more comfortable
The first she is going to teach us is the hamstrings & a little bit our shoulders, by bending our knees and moving our shoulders, going up & down, later on, she proceeds to move her neck on circles 3 times to one way & then repeating on the other way. After that, she stretches both neck & shoulder it with other method by placing her hand palm on the face and pushing it not to far, then she brings her arms forward and across multiple times to later stretch them on a cross-like form, repeating with both arms. Later sshe brings her arm to the back & holding it by the elbow
Later she goes down and proceeds to strech by putting her legs apart, to later turning by the hip to one side & to another while holding her leg, then she does a similar excercise where she tries to put her hands on the ground while her legs are stretched standing up
After all of that she sits on cross shape and stretches her hamstrings on other way by pushing the legs onto the ground, then she does the same but to the sides, then she stretches her legs appart to stretch her back
Later on she puts her back onto the ground & one leg up pushing it to her using her hands & then repeat with the other leg
From the minute 26 the excercises are more complicated to explain & do so I dont think is worth explaining them if is not with the video
