  1. Hello, I am Gadea Vélez and I am going to talk about the video I have chosen. I have chosen this video because I think this routine lasts the perfect time. A ten-minute routine is great because is not very short and not very long, because if it is very long you may get bored. Also, because I think the exercises are good ones that can really help you to improve your flexibility. The exercises are not the easiest ones, but you can always do it getting your own maximum, and as you practice them, you will improve your flexibility.

  2. Hi Gadea, I have chosen your video because as you say it is a very well-timed routine that you can do every day without getting bored because long routines are very boring. This routine is perfect for improving your flexibility little by little, day by day. Also, the girl explains perfectly how you must do it so that you don't miss anything. Each exercise lasts the perfect and necessary time, because sometimes if you do these exercises on your own you don't know how long you must be or if you put your hand right or wrong. Perfect because it's only 10 minutes, you can't make any excuses.
