I am Nacho, a 4ºB student of ESO and I am going to comment on the video of my colleague Marta. In this video I think it makes it clear that stretching your muscles can relax your entire body, and 15 minutes is not a long time to do it once a week. Doing this video once a week will help you have much more flexibility, so if you do another sport it will help you have fewer muscle injuries.
