  1. Hi I'm Carolina and I have chosen this video mainly because they are not very difficult exercises to do and they can be done by everyone who wants to improve their elasticity. Maybe it's a little long video but once you start doing it, the time goes by very quickly. What I liked the most about this video is that when doing the exercises he adds some images of how people could do it wrong and get injured but he also gives you another of the correct way to do it. I also noticed that she is very flexible and has added a possible solution if we can't reach as far as she does so that we don't force ourselves and get hurt. The more you practice, the more you will improve.

  2. Hi, my name is Daira and I have chosen that video of Carolina because I think that is a easy routine that you can do in your house and improve the elasticity. Is a long video but I think that is a very good video and while you are seeing and doing the exercises it makes you fun. Also in the video she mixture some images with the exercises and that is good because if you don't know how is she doing the exercise or how to do you can know seeing the photos.
