So as the title says it is for beginers like what I think that the most of us are, so we can start doing the exercises of the video, that are very well explained and will help us to improve our flexibility I also think we all must practise some flexibility, some of the flexibility aims are the movements quality improvement, the strength improvement and it can avoid muscular injuries I hope this video helps you
Hi Paula, I am Gabriel I really enjoy watching the video, this video as it says in the video is for begginers and is very good made for begginers bacouse she don't uses strange stretching methods to improve the flexiblity, one problem I can tell about the video is that she don't say about the times of stretching so it makes a little bit more difficult but for the rest is very good the video.
