Me parece un buen video, y muy buena idea para empezar ha hacer ejercicio. El video es corto pero sencillo una música con ritmo y los dos chicos como referencia para seguir el ritmo. Es como si fuese un just dance. La única pega que encuentro es que te puedes distraer con más facilidad ya que al ser algo diferente igual no te lo tomas igual .
