The exercises that the workout contains are for both arms and abs and I think that is great because it is a short workout of 10 minutes with exercises for two parts of the body, although there are other videos that are also short and for the whole body, I think this video is great to focus on these parts of the body. I like it when the girl explains the exercises or gives you tips on how to do them because I think it will help the people who do this workout.

  6. I am going to comment on this video because I get tired, it is not very long it lasts about ten minutes. I really like how well it explains the exercises, this video begins with an arm exercise and it is very clear I also like that the video has music afterwards, perform a leg exercise that is also very clear how to do it because it gives you different points of viewed from the side, from above etc, but some of the exercises are a bit complicated. in general I liked the video a lot.
