The first tip is about to improve your breathing, for improve that the video say that for every one mile that is equal to 1.6 kilometer spend the first minute only breathing through your nose because you have to reestablishes communication with your diaphram.
    The second tip is to maintain your cadence, the video say how many steps you take per minute using a metronome to check it. The three tip and the last is to fresh your legs, doing air squats or leg swings.
