    I have chosen this exercise because it is interesting how it strengthens the legs.
    I find it interesting because this routine only lasts fifteen minutes and you can do it at home, as you don't need any equipment.
    This video consists of two series divided more or less in about seven minutes with
    This video consists of a series of exercises within two sets, each set with about ten exercises of between 20- 30 seconds duration for each exercise and each one repeating it on both legs.
    I would recommend this leg routine because if you do it repeatedly over a period of time you will see results.

  2. Hi, I'm Carla Martin and I have chosen to comment on this video because it does activities where you exercise your legs a lot and since it lasts 15 minutes. In my opinion, the trainer explains very well each exercise and teaches you how to improve in each activity. Another reason why I have chosen this video is because I think that doing leg exercises is important because in many sports it requires a lot of leg strength. Finally, I think it's a video that everyone can do since they are simple exercises, and it takes very little time out of your day.
