10 MINS BODY WORKOUT

    This a video of a complete body workout, it says that you have to do it before bed, in my opinion you can do it when you want beacouse you don't need any type of equipment to do it. In the video is doing the exercises of periods of 30 seconds.
    In the video do this exercises:
    Plank knee twist
    Wide push-ups
    Shoulder taps
    Mountain climber

    All this exercises have to be done in 30 seconds as the video says.
    I hope this video help you to encourage to do phisical activity.

  2. Hello I'm Paula Caballero. I really liked yor video because I think its very usefull, all the exercises look kinda hard, there are 10 intense minutes. I found it very interesting and I liked the fact that he dont talks and it is just music, I also liked the timer in the overhead corner. I will add some of these exercises in my workout routine. This video is going to help so many people to exercise.
