    I have chosen this video because I think it is interesting to know how to do sit-ups, apart from that the first thing I think a person has to have willpower to do sit-ups, the second I think doing sit-ups is a very positive thing because it helps your heart already your body to get used to doing sports and that is good, and the third thing to do, I think you have to do the exercises constantly, not do it one day and leave it, and return in two weeks to do it again and then leave it again, this video is very explanatory to know what types of exercises there are.
