  1. Hi, I am Lara and I chose this video of legs workout because I think It was very interesting to do it. Also I liked the thing of the video that don’t needs equipment so you can do it in every where you want. With this video you have more strength and you tone your lower part of the body getting you with beautiful calves, thighs and gluteus. The video have a timer in each exercise and in the beginning of each exercise tells you what is about and in the final what is about the next exercise, other point that I liked was that you have a rest of 15 min.

  2. Hello, I'm Sara and I chose this video of my partner because I think it is a good workout for the legs. Also I think it is a good video because it only lasts 10 minutes and if you want to do exercise it is very quick and easy. This video consists of 14 different leg exercises, whith a rest of 15 seconds every 4 exercises. You don't need equipment for this workout so you can do it anywhere. I like that when you have to go to the next exercise it beeps when you have to go to the next exercise.

  3. Hi, I'm Javier Liquete and I have chosen the video of my partner Lara, for the mere fact that the legs seem to me to be healthy, because it is a very necessary part of the body from my point of view, and this video has very interesting look at how you can exercise your legs.
