Hi, I'm Nacho Fernandez Medrano and I have chosen this video because it seems to me that you do a lot of exercise, I think this is for people in good physical condition, although everyone can do it. This cardio is very good to eliminate fat and if this exercise can be done at least 3-4 times a week, it would be very good for health and improve the physical condition of each one. And if you have this as a routine, you will have very good results in your physical condition. The good thing about this video is that it is constantly in motion all the time.
