  1. Hello my name is Daira Terán Merino annd I am going to explain 1 video of gluteus, abdomen and legs.
    In this video she is going to work specially the gluteus, first she start doing 8 squats, then she continue doing an exercise of gluteu and abdomen.
    I think that this video is very efficient because it doesn't tires you as much as other types of exercises but you still doing exercise.
