    And I thought this video was perfect for that. Also, it puts the time in a corner, has music to cheer you on, the girl seems to know what to do and has rest times so you don't get so tired. He doesn't use any equipment either, so you can do these exercises anywhere. These exercises, being for beginners, are not very hard, so in addition to being able to do them anywhere, you do not sweat so much.
