  1. Hello, Im Izan Álvarez and in this video you can see a different tipes of exercises to toning and losing weight.
    One of the good things about this video is that you don't just need material to carry out the exercises and being in this state of COVID because it's better because these exercises are done at home.
    another good thing about this video is that the exercises, so you don't need much mateerial are very good and effective. Especially when you're bored at home to remove boredom and exercise.
    In conclusion, I recommend this video because I find it interesting that you can exercise so much without using material other than that the video is not very short and you do a lot of exercise.
