I like this video because it talks about how to burn calories by walking in your place and while you are walking you are practicing some exercises, in them you exercise all the muscles as you can see, you are moving arms, knees, torso. I think it is a very good video to make at home and without needing too many accessories. It is very easy but a bit hard but it helps a lot to keep in shape
