In the video explain more than 10 exercises and she said that it is important to do all the days. The firsts days, more slowly, then with the pass of the time, we can increase the speed or the time dedicated to each of the activities. That we can see and explain in the video it is not important only do the activities, it is very important to have a good nutrition and sleep well.
