Hi, I´m Carla Martin and I have chosen this cardio video because I thought it was a very fun and cheerful video, it is also very different from the others, because it uses popular songs when you are doing the exercises. Another reason is that has very simple exercises but all of them are very active, such as squats. And it only lasts 12 minutes, which means, that every day when we have some free time, we can do these exercises and in this way we will exercise daily. Finally, the trainer explains the exercises very well and indicates the remaining time.

    I found your video super useful since it is very easy to make thanks to the fact that it does not have any equipment. In addition, the girl seemed super nice to me since she marks the breaks very well and she marks the correct form of each exercise very well and the motivated song help a lot. I think I will do this exercise tomorrow or the day after tomorrow because she has seemed super easy to follow this exercise. I also liked it because it is not super long and it does not seem like forever waiting for the exercise to finish.

    I chosen it because I like the videos in this series, pop music makes people full of confidence. This video makes our fat burning process very interesting, the effect is very good but we do not feel tired. And you don't need any equipment to do this exercise, everyone can do it at home. The video also has the name of the marking action and the countdown, and the entire video is only twelve minutes, which is very suitable for doing it every day.

  4. Hi, I am Carolina Fernandez and I have chosen this video because I found it very interesting and fun. They are simple exercises and with movement, plus it uses well-known and famous songs that help to motivate you. The only thing I did not "like" about the video is that it does not make many rests, which are also important. I did this exercise with Carla this morning and we had a lot of fun doing it. It is only 12 minutes long and uses different exercises.
