30 Mins Yoga Flow

 

Strength is the quality or state of being strong. There are 4 diferent types of strength:
  • - Absolute Strength.
  • - Relative Strength.
  • - Power or Explosive Strength.
  • - Strength Endurance
  • Some exercises relathionated with strength are lifting weights, working with resistance bands, heavy gardening, such as digging and shovelling, climbing stairs, hill walking, cycling, dance, push-ups, sit-ups and squats

Hello, Nadia: I have been amazed by your video, because just by watching it, you can see that it transmits a lot of peace and relax, but if you get to do the exercises in a quiet and spacious place, I won't even tell you. These Yoga exercises, although in the video we see them simple to do, if we do not take them seriously to do them well, instead of being relaxing, they could even be painful. But if you do them right, they are a great stress reliever for the body. In short, I find the video fascinating.
