I have chosen this video to comment on it because it seems interesting to me how to improve your speed, the video begins by doing some speed samples, then it explains five exercises to improve speed, the first is pylometrics that tries to do jumps, the second is explosive movement in this a good speed and vertical jumps are sought, the third is resistance training which tries to improve sprints, the fourth is leg strength this tries to strengthen and stabilize your legs and the fifth and last sprints, change of directions tries to improve your acceleration and speed.

    My name Diego and I am going to talk abaut how to increase your speed or excercises to increase your speed by a video. The first excercise is the Pylometrics that is about to traning your jump with this exercise, to do this exercise you have to jump from one side to another side and you can do with one leg, this exercise increase your strength and speed. The second exercise is about of the jumping exercises to increase your strength of your legs like: Balls jumping, wall drive, box jumps and squad jumps. The third excercise is about of to increase your spring with a rope that makes it difficult for you to move your ankle. The fourth exercise is based of the strengh of the leg with exercises like single leg squad. The fifth excercise is about of springs.

  3. I have chosen this video from my classmate Diego.

    The principal reason of choosing this video instead of others is because this is a brief and entertaining video where we can see tips of how we can increase our speed. In addition, it introduce us a routine with 5 exercises in order to increase our movement speed.

    Another reason of choosing this video for making this comment is because I think speed plays an important role in any sports or activities you want to take part. Increasing our speed can make us win a match or complete an activity from our daily life faster. In addition, these tips can be useful either for beginners or experts of running, or even people who wants to slim down, because as this routine can increase our speed it also can make us lose weight.
