The viedo explain some exercises to improve muscle like: the first exercise you lie on the floor, with your knees bent and with your arms you lift your back, The second you lie on the floor, with your arms at 90 degrees you lift your back and lift your legs, the third lie down on the floor, lift your knees, and then lift your head ... This exercises help you to increase your adominals with a sesion of 30 seconds doing this exercises that explain the video.

  2. I find this explanatory video very interesting in which you can see a girl doing sit-ups and various leg and arm exercises, they can be done at home with ease and do not require any type of additional element. It can also be seen that the girl knows what she is doing and does it correctly
