Total Body Strength Training Without Weights

  1. I chose this video about a strength training without weights so you can practice it anywhere without equipment. All those exercises could be done by anyone, although if you have never practiced strength before. When people want to improve their strength they always think about lifting weights but you can practice it just with your own weight. The girl explains various exercises such as squats, push-ups, the plank, abdominals… She doesn´t just explain them, she also encourages you. I liked this video because you can do the whole training while the video is reproducing, but maybe it is too long for beginners.
