HOW TO STRETCH

  1. It is a very interesting video due to how difficult it is for some to start doing sit-ups, push-ups, since the next day due to lack of practice or not knowing how to stretch correctly you have a lot of stiffness.
    At first it seems easy to do these exercises and you do not give enough importance to stretching correctly before and after exercise but it is very very important, if you do not avoid it you will remember later because of the pain.
    one of these stretching techniques has already been practiced in class.

    Thank you so much for post this video. Oh no, I never stretch at the good form! On the next day or in the last four hours then to do an exercise like this it let me stiff. Since this moment I am going to try to do better whit the help of this fantastic video.

    Is so sort, simple and brief. It is good because on a sort time we can learn an interesting and useful information.

    I have/need to try it. It really makes her function or not?
