Abdominals Routine in 7 minutes

  1. Hi, I'm Javier Liquete, I have chosen this video because I think it is a very healthy routine and can be done in a very short time, in case you have little time to train.
    This routine is directed towards the abdominal and lumbar area, in addition this routine creates stronger buttocks that have less risk of injury.
    This routine contains a series of exercises that are:
    First
    The normal iron but if you are strong enough to put an object in front to make more effort better, but you can do the normal iron.
    Second
    Plank with your hands, and you have to raise your knees towards your elbows.
    Third
    You get up and must do a circular hip movement to exercise the obliques, but they have to be very small movements.
    Fourd
    You lie on the floor and do the superman, which is to lift your back and legs a little at the same time, to exercise your lower back.
