I liked this video because it explains the steps very well, the video is about a series of cardio exercises and it seems to me that the exercises are very good and the image is of good quality because it is very well understood what you are doing not like in other vedeos. Although the only thing that I did not like is that it has almost no audio and if you are doing it at home from a mobile, for example, you will find it more difficult to do it.
    I also like it because it is very fluid and although it is not a long time it is good to do a little every day

  2. I have decided to comment on this video because I think it is a very good exercise to do at home, I have seen the video and it has been very interesting since it is quite easy to do, and if you manage to do it for several days you will start to get good results.

  3. My partner Marta posted a video titled Killer HIIT CARDIO Workout. That goes, cardio exercises, to do daily. She is a girl who does a series of exercises, between each exercise there is no rest. The music's pretty good. The exercises last about ten seconds and others have thirty seconds. Every time it sounds like a bell the girl changes out quickly and gets to make another one. It seems that the exercises are very hard and that on top of that they do not have any rest between exercises and you get tired very quickly, I also think they cost quite a lot to do them, since they are done quite quickly.
