How improve our resistance to play football

  1. In the previous video we have been able to learn a series of exercises aimed at improving our physical condition, more specifically our resistance, after finishing the quarantine of COVID 19.
    All the exercises have a common objective that is to improve physical resistance to exercise, however each and every one of the exercises also has specific objectives, such as: improving arm strength, abdominal work, increasing speed and strength in the legs, improvement of balance etc.
    The authors recommend doing each exercise in several series and using materials that we all have at home so as not to have excuses.
