I have chosen this video because it seems to me that the exercises that are explained in it are quite simple to perform and practical since you can do them at home without the need for a lot of space and they can be done in a very short time. technique to be able to perform them correctly and thus be able to improve the strength of the jump in a short time. They are exercises that anyone can do without having to have prior training. In summary it seems to me a simple and effective video.
