NON-IMPACT CARDIO ROUTINE

  1. Hi, I'm Paula Maestro and I have chosen this video because it is a simple routine and without danger of injury to the knees.
    The video consists of 24 different exercises where it helps you to spend calories and to increase your resistance in some way, it lasts more or less 13 minutes and therefore there is only one round of exercises without repetition. To make it longer you can repeat it more than twice.
    I recommend this routine because you can do it at any time of the day, and you can get to lose weight and prevent injuries.

Hello, my name is Sara Rodríguez and I have chosen this video of my partner because I think It's a good exercise for all our body, and also I like that it have no impact so if you cannot exercise because of a recent injury it haven't a lot of movement so is more comfortable and easy. Each exercise takes about 30 seconds. I think that this routine is very good for our body and because it only takes 13 minutes. Also I like this exercise because the girl is constantly motivating us to do better.

Hello, my name is Nacho Fernández Medrano and I decided to comment on this video since in it I see that your body is in continuous movement but without having very abrupt and hard movements of which you can have an injury, I see a very good exercise to do it as a daily routine, since it does not take you more than 15 minutes.
    Everyone, although physically not well, I think they may be able to perform the different exercises that the video proposes.
    Each of the exercises had a duration of 30 seconds, I liked the way the girl explains it.
