STRENGTH

In this video you will explain a series of exercises to gain more strength, in which it is important to do them all right, because if you do them wrong it will be of no use to do this series of exercises. In my opinion I think strength is an essential thing, because if you don't have strength, you're not going to do a lot of things, it's good to pick up more strength as it helps you do a lot of things and it's going to do you good for everything in your life.
