  1. This video is made so that a person who is new to the fitness world and wants to start practicing cardio related exercises, can do it in an easier and beginner way. This video is good because it goes little by little and you can progress little by little. This video has a duration of 31:16 minutes. I make this video and I ended up very tired, but
    I started to have a fondness for this. A very very very good sport. The truth is that I would recommend it because, as I said, it helped me a lot.
