Hi, I'm Rafael, I have chosen this video because I see it interesting for someone who wants to start training, for example at home, the boy tells you what you have to do is a video for people who do this type of exercise, so it is not as hard as other types of videos can be. It is only 30 minutes, you are doing different movements for 20 seconds or 10 seconds depending on the exercise, it leaves you time to rest for about 30 seconds, it is advisable to do these exercises where there is enough space. I have chosen this video because if someone wants to start this video it would be very good for them.

  2. Hello I'm iker and i choose this video because im going to comment on Rafael's video because it seems to me that the boy in his introduction is very athletic,
