The objective of this video is to show you different exercises with your feet to improve your speed and you have to do all at your maximum speed.

The first exercises I think that can help you a lot in the improving of the different legs, because first you practice with one, and then with the other, and this is so good for be quicker. The second exercise that is altering the 2 feet jumping it can improve the velocity for the step. The next exercise makes you improve the same as the previous but changing the movement of the feet. And the finally exercise improve too the velocity in the step, and this improve the sped too. I think this video id very interesting for improve the speed, and the velocity of reaction.
I choose this video of Alma because it seems to be speed related with football, nut not really. At the beginning of the exercises, he does it slowly so the person who saw the video, knows how to do it, and at the end, the video gets slower to see where he places his feet; I saw that he does rigid movements without rebound. One thing I don’t like is that he doesn’t explain how much time we must do the activity and the time of resting. This video is about multiple jumping and there are exercises for all the leg muscles and you don’t need any special equipment.
