Resistance Triathlon

  1. Triathlon is a sport that consists of 3 different physical activities: swimming, cycling and running.
    It is a sport without interruptions, that is, without breaks in between and the participants must swim 1.5km, 40km by bicycle and 10km run on foot (these are the Olympic distances).
    I have chosen this physical activity because it takes a lot, a lot of stamina. It is very difficult for people who have not trained or also for those who will have trained. Participants have been training for a long time and continue to do so every day to be prepared (in good physical condition) for triathlon in the following years, if they are going to participate.

  2. Me parece increíble que todas esas personas puedan hacer este tipo de carrera con tantas modalidades diferentes ya que todas son muy diferentes entre si. Entre el ciclismo, la natación y la carrera al final recorren un total de 51,5 kilómetros, no se como pueden aguantar tanto tiempo haciendo ejercicio sin parar.
