  1. I have chosen this video because it teaches some exercises that you can do in order to increase your speed. You can practice it at home and without any equipment. It contains five exercises which you can repeat them twice a week to improve. The first exercise is lunges, then squats, wall drives, squat jumps and lateral lunges and sprint. The video lasts only 8 minutes, it is the time needed for one repetition, you can practice it at the same time because it has a clock that controls the time in each exercise. I found this video really useful and helpful if you want to improve your speed in a few time and it shows that everyone can do it because you do not need equipment and you can do it without leaving home.
